Bond Lodgement form

It is not compulsory for a lessor to collect a rental bonds
from a tenant, however, if a rental bond is charged, it must
be lodged with the Residential Tenancies Authority, within
10 days of receipt. Use this form to do so.

Failure to lodge a rental bond is an offence under the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008.
