Lessor’s agents can appoint a number of signatory’s regards
their residential property lets. This allows the designated
signatories to sign documents on behalf of the lessor’s agent
and can be very useful if the lessor is unable to sign for any
reason, for example, if they are on holiday.
About this document
This is a very simple form to notify the Residential Tenancies Authority that there have been additions or deletions to the signature list of property management personnel. It records the names and signatures of persons who are authorised to sign RTA forms.
The form is to be completed by the principal/owner, who authorises each signatory.
