This is the official form to register a change of lessor or lessor’s agent while the tenancy continues.
The new lessor/agent sends a copy of this form to the RTA and to the tenant/s immediately when there is a change.
If you receive this form as a tenant, you should make future payments of rent to the new lessor/agent or as directed by the new lessor/agent. It is not compulsory for a lessor to charge a tenant a rental bonds. If a rental bond is charged, it must be lodged with the Residential Tenancies Authority, within 10 days of receipt.
