Tenancy agreement for furnished holiday house or flat
This is a comprehensive agreement for the letting of any
holiday house or flat. Written in plain English, with
relevant provisions, and a choice of items of tenant's
covenants.
About this document
This document is suitable for letting any holiday house or flat, anywhere in the world. We have two versions of this document. This is drawn as a part negotiable agreement which is to be signed by the holiday maker and returned to the property owner. The option is a ‘terms and conditions’ document which is non-negotiable and instead, sets standard terms which could, for example, be posted on a website.
This document is in plain English but very comprehensive. Like all leases, this letting agreement has been designed primarily to protect the interest of the landlord.
