About this document
Intellectual property protection provisions can be added to any employment contract or contractors agreement. Signing a separate written agreement however, ensures more weight is given to IP protection. This document can be easily added to any current or proposed contract (either as a schedule or as an integral part), or used as a stand alone agreement. The document has been drawn using the first person so as to affirm the employee's / contractor's personal undertaking not to copy or make use of any of the IP in question.
