This comprehensive software distribution agreement protects the technical and practical interests of the developer of specified software and its seller/distributor in a defined territory.
About this document
This Software Distribution Agreement has been drawn for use in a business relationship where one organisation is selling or otherwise supplying computer hardware or other equipment requiring software and that second organisation requires software produced or provided by another organisation for installation on such equipment prior to sale and / or distribution.
The agreement provides for the optional appointment of sub-distributors within the territory and imposes strict responsibilities on the distributor if that option is chosen.
