Affiliate terms and conditions: commission on sales, one level
A simple affiliate agreement where the affiliate pays per
click – that is, per page land. Many clients use one of these
referral partner documents as an agenda of policy issues to
be determined.
About this document
This is a comprehensive agreement suitable where two business have an agreement to refer the other to their own customers where appropriate. This sort of situation is most common where each business sells complementary goods or services via their websites. For example, one website sells dating services, the other flowers. By referring customers between the businesses, the customers benefit from a wider range of services and you – the businesses - benefit from a commercial agreement that can work favourably financially. For example, you might pay 10% to ‘Florists 4 U’ for every click on your website link on their website.
This document can be used either between website owners, but also between website owners and a “bricks and mortar” based business or individual.
