Document drafting service
  We can:

Draft (almost) any new document to your precise requirements.
Check language and edit document you have bought and changed.
Check how you have completed a form.
How it works
If you cannot find what you want from the Net Lawman document collection or you have no time to edit a document, then let us draw your commercial
law document for you. The service is: fast, simple, low cost.

Send us your instructions, including any relevant document.
We ask questions if we need more information.
We give you cost estimate.
You make payment through our website.
We draw your document and invite your comments.
We discuss changes with you.
We draw a refined version.
We discuss again and draw final version.
This service is very useful if your business is not mainstream in type. You can sell a strange product and will probably be able to use a standard document, but, however, usual your product or service, if you want payment in under-ripe melons only when the moon is full, you may need our help
with effective wording.
How we charge
We charge A$175 per hour spent on your work.
Our time calculation includes time spent looking over your documents, advising you by telephone or e-mail, as well as drafting letters and documents.
We will give you an estimate for your work.  The charge will be different only if you substantially change your instructions.
We work only against cash in advance. You can top up your account in any sum you wish.
We are not registered for GST. As such, you do not pay it.
We do not charge extra for normal office expenses.
You will receive an invoice automatically when you pay us through our web site.
If for any reason there is a balance on your account, we will return it to you immediately when you ask.

Health warning: Our terms and conditions state clearly that we are not liable for any issue arising out of our drafting work. We insist on that because we cannot control what you tell us and we have no opportunity to take full instructions.
