This document should be used if you would like to nominate a person / persons to take control of your financial affairs for a set period of time, for example, if you go on an extended holiday.

If by any chance, you do lose your mental capacity during this time, the power will be extended indefinitely. Otherwise, you may revoke the power at any time.
