This is a comprehensive agreement to sell any type of large machinery, factory plant or equipment. The type machinery is of little importance – this document is suitable for the sale of an earth mover or a chocolate moulding machine.
It will be most commonly used by any individual or company desiring to sell any equipment, machinery, vehicle of any sort or a big industrial construction plant for a fixed or extendable period. It has been drawn so as to primarily to protect interest of the vendor. It is not suitable for the sale to a "consumer" because it does not provide for the vast amount of consumer protection law.
