These are Enduring Power of Attorney documents for use in Western Australia under the Guardianship & Administration Act 1990. We also have EPoA documents for other States.
An enduring power of attorney is used to allow someone else to look after your affairs when you are no longer able to do so yourself. Most people need one, because medical science is better at preserving our bodies than our brains.
These documents are suitable for:
- anyone making an EPA, and;
- anyone taking on the role of attorney
Which to choose?
Simple choose whether you want one or two attorneys. If you choose two, you can of course choose how they act – whether that be joint decisions or whether one person has more say than the other. Full guidance notes are included.
