These are Enduring Power of Attorney documents for use in Queensland under s.41 of the Powers of Attorney Act 1998. We also have EPoA documents for all other States.
An enduring power of attorney is used to allow someone else to look after your affairs when you are no longer able to do so yourself. Most people need one, because medical science is better at preserving our bodies than our brains.
These documents are suitable for:
- anyone making an EPA, and;
- anyone taking on the role of attorney
Which to choose?
Choose AU-QLD-WIL066 if you want only one attorney. If you prefer to have two attorneys acting at the same time, choose AU-QLD-WIL067. Of course you can choose how they act – whether it be together, or whether one has the main say. Full guidance notes are included.
