Enduring power of Attorney

An enduring power of attorney is used to allow someone else to look after your affairs when you are no longer able to do so yourself. Most people need one, because medical science is better at preserving our bodies than our brains.

AU-WIL066 is suitable for:

• anyone making an EPA, and;

• anyone taking on the role of attorney

Use this document if you wish to appoint the same attorney(s) for both financial and personal / health matters, or if you wish to appoint an attorney / attorneys only for personal / health matters, or only for financial matters.
